Paperwork for inspections, asset reports, and work orders can be easily automated with Capturx Forms for Excel. Teams simply create and print forms using Excel and ordinary paper. As forms are filled out, digital copies are created and stored on the pen. When the pen is docked to a PC, data from multiple team members is automatically converted and integrated into Excel in the right formats, for automated reporting and issue tracking.

GIS teams can print maps on ordinary paper in small or large formats with Capturx for ArcGIS. Printed maps are taken to the field and marked up with the digital pen. GIS data updates and annotations are stored on the digital pen and automatically integrated into the original GIS geodatabase.
Form data can also integrated into ArcGIS from Excel tables through a simple database join providing an easy way to automate field asset information with the cost or time of scanning or transcribing data on paper.
