Clicking on the License Activation/De-activation link causes a “Fatal Error Occurred” message .

Question

Clicking on the License Activation/De-activation link causes a “Fatal Error Occurred” message and states that the application will be forced to close (it doesn't close). Clicking on the general Windows icon that comes up after the box shows also causes this error.

Answer

Restarting the application will fix this issue.
