Are there any Word Lists in the workbook that are formatted with only one value? Expand the list to include at least two field values.

Is Microsoft Word installed? Import process requires access to the Word dictionary.

The name of the worksheet being imported may already exist.

Verify there are no hidden or protected worksheets.

Verify that the workbook is not shared.
