What does "Enable for Capturx PDF Markup..." mean?

“Enable for Capturx PDF Markup” is used to enable a file that has been renamed, moved to a new location on a PC, or moved to another PC. Right mouse clicking a file and selecting “Enable for Capturx PDF Markup…” will register the file and changes into the Capturx Markup for PDF database to ensure that the appropriate markups get integrated into the right files, even after they have been renamed or moved.
