Question
Why is the timestamp of my digital ink incorrect?
Answer
To activate the digital pen and correctly set its clock, the pen must be docked at least once at a Windows computer which has Capturx Pen Manager installed. Whether the pen has never been docked, or if the computer’s clock was incorrect when the pen was docked, the fix is the same. Please verify the settings of the computer’s clock and dock the digital pen using Capturx Pen Manager and the docking cradle provided by Adapx. Once the pen has been docked at least once, you can start using it with your BlackBerry to upload or email digital ink.
