From my iPad, I am online and trying to create new Capturx form. Why is the web page blank?

From my iPad, I am online and trying to create new Capturx form. Why is the web page blank?
Answer
If you have a strong signal from the network, the issue may be your Safari settings.
1. Go to the iPad home screen > Settings > Safari.
2. In the Privacy section, turn off Private Browsing.
3. Return to the Safari page for the Capturx form, and refresh the Web page.
