Capturx Pen Manager icon is not showing in the system tray.
All versions of Capturx Pen Manager, Capturx Pen Manager 2.5 - 2.6, Capturx Pen Manager 3.0, Capturx Pen Manager 3.1, Capturx Pen Manager 3.2.1, Capturx Pen Manager 3.3, Capturx Pen Manager 3.3.1, Capturx Pen Manager 3.4, Digital Pen, FAQ, General, Getting Started
Question
Capturx Pen Manager icon is not showing in the system tray.
Answer
Reboot your machine and verify the following:

Services are started
1. Digital Pen rendezvous
2. Digtal Pen Socket to USB protocol
3. Penx Communication Service (not necessary for Pen Manager 3.3)

Processes are started
1. DockingEngine.exe (not necessary for Pen Manager 3.3)
2. CapturxPenManager.exe
-
Verify that only one Capturx Pen Manager is listed in Add/Remove or Program and Features.
Important if other Adapx applications were previously installed.
