If you choose the "Required" GPS setting on the General Configuration screen, Capturx Mobile will not send the pen data until it can include GPS information acquired by your BlackBerry. It may take several attempts for the BlackBerry to acquire GPS information. GPS acquisition times vary per device model and network carrier, so they can take longer than you expect. If you require GPS information, we recommend that you work with your IT team to select the best BlackBerry device and carrier for quickly acquiring GPS information.
