If you are on a supported version of iOS 7 and have a reliable connection with a network, then check if you are in Safari’s Private Browsing mode. Contact Adapx to upgrade to the latest Capturx for OneNote version. You will be sent a CD or a download link. When you have the software and start to install it, Capturx will ask you to uninstall Capturx for OneNote 2007 before it installs Capturx for OneNote 2013.

Capturx for SharePoint 2.2 added a new column called “InputSource” to distinguish paper forms from tablet forms. Unfortunately, the SharePoint DataSheet view doesn’t handle this required column unless it is present in the view. If you are using the DataSheet view and receive the error “Columns that require data are not included in this view.” you must add the “InputSource” column to the view.

If you have a large number of DataSheet views, an alternative is to run a script that changes “InputSource” to not be required. This script is available from Adapx Technical Support at [email protected]. Note that this script only updates existing form lists. If you publish a new form, you will need to run the script again (or add the InputSource column to new views.)

The data collector can use a mouse, stylus, or finger to add handwriting on top of the image. Example: image of teeth that can be marked-up to show where there are cavities.

No. Once a signature (or any digital ink) is saved in a Capturx form from a Windows device, it can’t be deleted. You can add additional ink, such as crossing-out an item that you don’t want any longer.
